Application Checklist
PLEASE NOTE: All application forms must be completed and received by EESA before the application deadline.
□ Application Form (submit online or through mail)
□ Housing Questionnaire (submit online or through mail) □ Personal Essay for students with GPAs below 2.8 (submit online or through mail) □ Apply for EESA scholarship – optional (submit online or through mail)
The following information cannot be submitted online and must be submitted through mail:
□ $80 application fee in the form of money order or check made payable to Eastern European Study Abroad
□ Official transcript from every school you have attended since high school (submit a request to the Registrar Office) □ A photocopy of the front page of your passport (for faster processing, please scan your passport and email it to info@eesabroad.org) □ Advisor Approval Form □ Personal Recommendation Form filled out by your professor or advisor if your GPA is lower than 2.8 on a 4.0 scale
