Eastern European Study Abroad offers a one of a kind study abroad program in Ukraine for undergraduate students engaged in economics, business, political science, history, international relations, cultural studies and/or the Russian or Ukrainian language.  Classes are taught in English at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, one of the oldest and most prominent universities in Eastern Europe. The University is currently ranked third in Ukraine and has been a leader in higher education for over two centuries.

Students live in Kharkiv, a scientific, educational and cultural center of Ukraine and have exciting academic field trips to Moscow, Kyiv and within the Kharkiv region. Cultural immersion is one of the key aspects of studying abroad with EESA. Students will make friends among local students, meet leaders of the community and internationally recognized economic and political experts, and learn the culture first-hand. The countries of Eastern Europe have shown some of the highest GDP growth rates among European countries in recent years and are becoming more influential in the world market. Having a unique study abroad experience in this region is a great addition to the resume. It will make students stand out among other job applicants and will open up various career opportunities in the future.
